Bob teaches the Baron Baptiste Power Yoga method and has been studying with Baron for 3 years, assisting Baron in Costa Rica and several other locations.  The Baptiste method is a style of yoga where breath and movement are linked together creating a challenging and vigorous practice.  Bob's classes place emphasis upon safe and healthy alignment, adaptation, and balancing strength and flexibility.  
 
Bob brings a high level of experience, dedication and provides a profound physical and spiritual practice to his students.

Sue offers first-hand experience in significant weight loss and weight-loss management to students after having lost more than 100 pounds herself!  She made dramatic changes to her lifestyle and enjoys sharing her success tips with and motivating her students.  She is presently in training for STOTT Pilates' Intensive Mat Plus program.  In her spare time, Sue enjoys reading, hiking and gardening.

Currently a substitute teacher with Body Symmetry Fitness, Andrea's classes blend dynamic postures, strengthening, alignment and vinyasa flow with an underlying spiritual component of yoga.  Andrea maintains a private practice in Energy Healing, Energetic Massage and yoga privates.

Certified Raja Ashtanga Yoga Teacher

Ann is a registered Occupational Therapist who has specialized in pediatrics for many years. Ann and a Physical Therapist started a yoga program for young adults with special needs about four years ago. The response was extremely positive and motivating for these students who found increased strength, coordination and self esteem.

Ann took yoga classes with Elena Case, and was greatly influenced by her teaching style of powerful, but compassionate yoga. Ann pursued her teacher training with Elena to become an RYT instructor.

Ongoing training includes workshops with Rodney Yee and several greater Boston yoga instructors such as Sue Pentland who teaches an inspiring Ashtanga class.

Ann enjoys teaching vinyasa yoga, and continues to teach yoga to students with special needs who are her greatest inspiration.
